Egg Breakfast Burritos -

Brown and drain turkey sausage, soy crumbles or bacon (chop the bacon into bites).
Scramble 1-2 eggs per serving with diced white onion and sweet red peppers.
Mix sausage in with eggs and serve in flour tortillas with grated cheddar cheese and salsa.

Apple Raisin Oatmeal - (one serving)

Cook Rolled Oats or Quick Cooking Oats according to package directions.  Add 1/2 chopped apple, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of raisins or dried cranberries or dried cherries.

Easy Egg Salad - 6 servings

8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and rough chopped
1/3 cup light mayo
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Rough chop eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Add all ingredients.  Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.

Broccoli Wrap - one serving

Micro cook until tender crisp 1/3 cup chopped broccoli.  Place on flour tortilla add any additional chopped veggies ( I like chopped yellow sweet pepper, dice onions and sliced cherry tomatoes ).
Top with grated cheddar and light ranch dressing.  Roll up and enjoy the YUM!
